We're hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support Fraser, Ltd.'s Food Services Department by helping provide quality meals in a safe, organized, and team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll assist with kitchen operations, support quality control efforts, and help ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently for the individuals we support.
Full Time | Monday-Friday Schedule | No Weekends!
What You'll Do:
Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation
- Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities
- Assist in maintaining quality control standards for meals and food service operations
- Help ensure food is prepared, stored, and handled safely
Team Support & Organization- Work collaboratively with the Food Services team to maintain an efficient kitchen environment
- Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning, and daily operational tasks
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
Safety & Quality Standards- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with lifting, stocking, and moving kitchen supplies as needed
What You Bring:- Minimum of 2 years of food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to quality and organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
