Job Description

Kitchen Associate at Bafang Dumpling essentially has the responsibility to provide a positive Customer experience—ensuring all food orders are prepared to Bafang Dumpling’s standards and our customers are full & happy. Kitchen Associate at Bafang Dumpling will be assigned specifically to support our Kitchen operation, including dumpling wrapping, food prep, grill & fry, etc.

We are looking to immediately hire talented Kitchen Associate who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced food service environment for all shifts: opening and closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a kitchen cook, prep cook, or any other kitchen role - we have a position for you. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: The physical and intellectual requirements described below are representative of what must be met by Kitchen Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask
• Prior experience as Line Cook highly preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, supporting and assisting other Team Members
• Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
• Be Proactive and take initiative
• Comply with Company policies
