As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare safe, high-quality food while maintaining the speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality that Chick-fil-A is known for. Positions include Prep, Breading, Machines, Packaging, and Dishwasher.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old upon hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and understanding).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Takes pride in producing quality work and serving others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
• Follow recipes, food safety procedures, and holding systems to ensure exceptional product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen throughout every shift.
• Work with urgency while supporting fellow team members during peak business periods.
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Properly use all safety equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous development.
• Help create an environment where every guest receives remarkable food and service.

Availability Requirements

• Must have availability to work at least four days per week.
• Must be available to work Fridays and/or Saturdays.
• Must have availability between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM or full availability.
• Evening and closing availability is strongly preferred.
