Kitchen & Bath Designer

Location: Twin Falls, ID

As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and selling functional, affordable, and beautiful spaces. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional experiences from first impressions to final walkthroughs. We are a privately owned company offering over 40 years of successful business in the Twin Falls area. Your responsibilities would include:

  • Product Sales & Design
  • Collaborate with clients to design and sell: Cabinetry, Fixtures, Countertops, Hardware
  • Cabinet Installation knowledge
  • Build in-depth product knowledge across all lines we carry
  • Create designs working in our showroom with clients and/or from drawings
  • Provide quotes and proposals to clients
  • Follow up and close sales
  • Able to measure properly in home/business
  • Maintain communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of kitchen & bath design experience
  • Proficiency with 20/20 Design
  • Able work Monday-Friday (8:30-5:30) or Saturday (9-4:00) Five day work week. Closed on Sundays

Ability to create:

  • As-built drawings
  • Detailed floor plans and elevations for kitchen and bath projects
  • Familiarity with cabinetry pricing to achieve a specified profit margin
  • Keen attention to detail from concept through completion
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and 20/20 design. We also use QFloors and will train.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo an employment background, drug and MVR check (We have a company vehicle to use on service calls)

“Nice to Have” Qualifications

  • NKBA Certification
  • Experience working with and networking with home builders, architects and designers
  • Familiarity with working alongside local contractors/developers
