We're looking for a friendly, motivated Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, have an eye for design, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. Industry experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Position Summary

As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through product selections, prepare estimates, and help bring their remodeling vision to life. You'll work closely with homeowners, contractors, designers, and our installation team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from their first showroom visit through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selections and design options.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Support daily office operations, including data entry, scheduling, filing, and maintaining project information.
• Enter customer and project information accurately into company systems.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and operations teams while also working independently when needed.
• Stay current on new products, materials, and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the kitchen and bath, or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn company software.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Passion for helping customers create beautiful, functional spaces.
