Job Description:
Will be working with Machine Kettles that stir and cook dry ingredients, pouring in dry ingredients as prompted by screen indicator.
Must be attentive and accurate when adding ingredients in the order specified on the paperwork provided for each mixture.
Will document steps, down time and any other necessary notes as directed.
Keep area clean at all times.
Report any malfunctions or errors immediately if ever something occurs.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Must have Current Food Handler Certification.
Food production experience required.
Ability to work with strong smells and dry/wet ingredients.
Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more.
Requires the ability to follow instructions, maintain Product Quality, there is heavy lifting of multiple 50 lbs bags of materials within our production Kitchens.
You will need to be able to do basic mathematics and calculations, make documentation clearly and be aware of food safety concerns and issues.
This is a critical position for Food Safety and Product Quality.
Starting Pay: $19.44 an hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
1:00pm to 9:30
Must be able to work OT when instructed by Company.
