Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bread chicken to Chick-fil-A’s high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized breading station at all times
• Ensure product quality and portion consistency during peak service hours
• Monitor inventory freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks as required
• Support other kitchen stations including fries, assembling, and food prep
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
• Follow Chick-fil-A dress code and operational policies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Reliable and consistent with a positive, cheerful attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe certification is a plus
• Capable of lifting 20-40 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 17 years old with Saturday availability
• Reliable transportation required

Work Schedule and Type

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Shifts may include 8 and 10-hour day and night shifts
• Weekend availability and overtime opportunities
• On-site work at a local Chick-fil-A restaurant
