Kitchen Care Team Member

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking dependable and enthusiastic Closing Kitchen Care Team Members to support our back-of-house operations and ensure our kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next day. Kitchen Care Team Members play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and the kitchen overall.
• Sort and stack dishes, pots, and pans to facilitate efficient cleaning.
• Assist with food preparation as needed during rush hours and slow periods.
• Alert the kitchen staff of any damaged or broken items that require attention.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Support the overall team by helping wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Shift Availability: Evening closing shifts (8-hour shifts)
