Repetitive motions: BOH staff may need to perform repetitive motions with their hands, fingers, and wrists.
Working in different temperatures: BOH staff may need to work in spaces with varying temperatures.
Operating equipment: BOH staff may need to safely operate grills, ovens, slicers, and other equipment. Required Schedule –8a.m.to close ( closing time may vary)
