Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook delicious menu items following recipes and kitchen standards
• Assist with food prep, chopping, portioning, plating, and stocking supplies
• Support fellow cooks during busy service times with enthusiasm and teamwork
• Maintain clean, organized prep areas, equipment, and workstations
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Adapt quickly to support the kitchen team during rush periods

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook, prep cook, kitchen helper, or food prep worker is a plus but not required
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is highly valued
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivated attitude
