Job Summary: The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations in alignment with FLACRA’s mission, vision, and values. This role ensures safe and compliant food preparation and service for residential clients. Candidates must be able to bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 pounds. Must-Have Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid NYS Driver’s License. Experience in food service or a restaurant kitchen environment. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: ServSafe Certification. Food Safety Certification.
