Kitchen Crew

• We are looking for a Pizza Maker to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. 

Responsibilities:

• Start of the day - Do the preparation work like prepare dough and pizzas, chop all vegetables, dishwashing, etc
• End of the day -  Restocking make table, dishwashing and general clean-up of kitchen, monitor food stock
•  Have the kitchen ready for the next day.
• Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment 
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and  evenings.                                                     
• Practice food safe procedures

We are looking for someone to work as a team player, performs all functions in the kitchen and follows instructions to help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu.

Requirements:

• Must be 18
• High School Diploma or Diploma from a culinary school
• Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment is a plus
• Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
• Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening skills, interpersonal and communication skills
•  Attention to details.
•  Ready to work for Extra hours and Extra Role when required
• Will be provided with CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and Food Handling Training
• The person we are hoping to employ is a skilled individual that pays attention to detail and is organized.
