Position Overview:

As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member youll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. But thats not all - we believe in cross-training our team members to have a diverse set of skills. Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow by working in different positions within our restaurant. Join our team and become a versatile member of our Ohana.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.

Make each customers experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.

Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.

Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.

Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.

Utility roles may include (but are not limited to):

• Dish • Dole Whip • Service Line • Food Prep • Linebacker • Bagger • Grill Cook - responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
