Kitchen Director

We are seeking a Kitchen Director to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Kitchen Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. The Kitchen Director will assist in overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. The Kitchen Director must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. You will report to the Owner/Operator and serve alongside the other executive directors, and is responsible for running shifts in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

· Quickly deliver food with order accuracy

· Responsible for inventory and facilities management

· Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

· Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

· Ensures that the shifts are running smoothly in the kitchen

· Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing kitchen support

· Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store

· Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels

· Trains new Kitchen Team Members and follows up to ensure they’re equipped for success

· Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while handling coaching conversations and providing them with direction and feedback
