Section 1: Job Responsibilities

• Lead and model Chick-fil-A Five Point's vision and values with guests and team
• Recruit, select, and develop a high performance kitchen leadership team
• Maximize kitchen throughput and capacity by delivering on these four key drivers: Ensure Food Safety, Improve Product Quality, Increase Production Capacity, and Enhance Team Member Environment

Section 2: Job Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time senior management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Superior analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Prior P&L responsibility
• ServSafe certification
