• Create a healthy culture, build structure, and execute systems across the restaurant
• Retain and develop the team
• Operate at a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized area of operations
• Steward labor, food, and equipment expenses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience in the food and beverage industry (prior Chick-fil-A experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
