What you’ll do

• Cultivate a culture of excellence while having a balance of positive morale. The team is challenged but happy
• Hold yourself to a standard even higher than you expect from your team
• Stay on the floor, fill gaps, utilize downtime and overall stay engaged with operations
• Make the weekly schedule for your team and ensure each week is setup for success
• Hold callouts accountable and fill gaps where necessary
• Ensure the team has their daily lineups, break plans and cleaning tasks ready
• Lead a team that leads shifts with energy and purpose
• Lead a team that delivers great food, genuine hospitality, and fast, accurate service
• Coach team members, and hold the team accountable
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met through daily and hourly checks, adjusting systems where necessary
• Communicate clearly and keep the team moving with urgency
• Hold shift huddles discussing goals and expectations
• Help bring our mission to life: Be Better. Be Second.

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
