Kitchen Director

This position leads all BOH operations, managing food safety systems, food quality, speed of service, cleanliness and organization, inventory management and team development. This role requires hands-on kitchen management, great communication skills and the ability to encourage and coach every day.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a fast paced environment.
• Certifications: Current Servsafe certification
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to remain calm and lead under heavy pressure; Ability to inspire and uphold CFA standards. Ability to care for the team while staying focused on every guests experience.
• Physical demands; ability to stand for long shifts and lift 50-60 lbs
• Pay range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
