Position Title: Kitchen Dishwasher

Location: Pocono Valley – Pocono Mountains, PA

Position Overview:

The Kitchen Staff at Pocono Valley Resort play a key role in providing a welcoming dining experience for campers and staff by assisting with meal service and maintaining a clean dining environment.   This is a seasonal summer position.

Job Functions:

• Set up and prepare the dining area for meal service.
• Serve food and assist campers and staff as needed.
• Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining hall after meals.
• Assist cooks and sou chefs with daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• A friendly, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy mealtimes.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Workdays may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on camp needs.
• Primarily outdoor and indoor work in a camp setting, with exposure to changing weather conditions.
• Role may require flexibility based on camper turnover and special events.
