Kitchen Suppression & Fire Extinguisher Technicians will inspect, install, troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of kitchen fire suppression systems, emergency lighting systems, perform hydrostatic testing of low-pressure cylinders, fire extinguisher repairs and filling; complete documentation of work performed using a tablet; and other related duties as required.

KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION & FIRE EXTINGUISHER TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·     South California Suppression and Extinguisher licence

·     At least two (2) years of experience installing, servicing, and maintenance experience with a variety of kitchen fire suppression systems (i.e. ANSUL, Pyro Chem, RangeGuard, Kidde, and Piranha) and fire extinguishers

·     Knowledgeable NFPA 10, NFPA 17-17A, UL 300, and local fire codes

·     Valid driver's license with a clean MVR

·     Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)

SHIFT: Days, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday – Friday). Rotating on-call. OT after 40 hours.
