Prepare and cook menu items consistently and according to recipes

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area

Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating dishes

Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with servers and other kitchen staff

Assist with inventory, restocking, and minimizing food waste

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (training provided)

Familiarity with food safety and kitchen sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
