**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Kitchen Help to assist with various tasks in our food production kitchen, such as preparing ingredients, cleaning work areas, and assisting with food preparation. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist with basic food preparation under the supervision of a chef or cook.
2. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
3. Wash, peel, chop, cut, and cook ingredients based on specific instructions.
4. Handle and store food items properly.
5. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
6. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.
7. Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.
3. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
