1. Installation & Job Performance
Install products according to manufacturer specifications with precision and efficiency
Complete projects ranging from small jobs to large team-based installations
Meet established targets for quality, safety, and project timelines
Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism on all job sites
Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship on every project
2. Customer Service & Communication
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide updates and answer questions throughout the project
Ensure customers feel informed, confident, and satisfied
Support project timelines while meeting customer expectations
Maintain clear, respectful communication at all times
Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction, remodeling, or related field
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
