Seeking Kitchen Lead. High Volume Experience Required.
What you will do as a Leader on our Team:
- Coach, mentor, and elevate those around you
- Maintain overall BOH cleanliness & order/rotation of all inventory
- Lead shifts including problem-solving, schedule troubleshooting, and planning
- Ensure that all operational & health standards are maintained
- Partner with FOH staff to deliver exceptional guest experience
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ years of leadership or related experience
- Ability to communicate well and be reachable
- Open and flexible schedule (weekends required)
- WA State ServeSafe Certification / Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
- Experience with writing prep/check lists and oversight of execution
