At Altitude Trampoline Park, we are looking for a strong Kitchen Lead who takes pride in leadership, organization, cleanliness, and creating a positive team environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering within budget goals
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Lead by example with professionalism and positive energy
- Conduct first interviews for kitchen/front-of-house applicants monthly
- Train and mentor younger team members and first-job employees
- Ensure prep areas, storage, and operations stay organized and efficient
- Support daily kitchen operations and assist during busy periods
- Help maintain labor efficiency and reduce waste
- Keep a happy, guest-focused attitude while staying productive and detail-oriented
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Kitchen Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Positive role model for youth employees
- Experience with inventory, ordering, or food operations preferred
- References required
