- Prepare menu items, specials, and special orders confidently and skillfully.
- Set up products for the station and maintain a sanitary, safe work environment.
- Maintain equipment and facility, ensuring accuracy of food procedures and correct temperatures.
- Follow all recipe specifications and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
- At least 2 years of line cooking experience in a similar environment.
- Basic understanding of professional kitchen equipment operation.
- Basic math skills for executing recipes and measurements.
Preferred:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 18 years old.
Strongly Preferred:
- Valid Food Worker Card.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- No felony convictions.
