Job Requirements
Ability to effectively communicate in English (Verbal and Written)
Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required
2 years line cooking experience in similar environment
Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) to execute recipes
Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight
Preferred
High School/G.E.D
18 years of age or older
Strongly Preferred
Valid Food Worker Card
Minimum 1 year experience
Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
