Responsibilities:
No. 1 Responsibility: You must be a Servant-Leader to the Team Guardian of the Team Culture (Mission & Values)
Supervise and Instruct - CFA Food Safety 5 Guidelines
Supervise and Instruct - CFA Operational Standards
Supervise and Instruct - CFA Production Standards
Requirements:
MUST be 18 years of age or older
Minimum High School Diploma, College or Culinary Degrees preferred
Two (2) Year Minimum Experience in a High Volume Kitchen Leading Kitchen Staff
Working knowledge of Labor and Productivity
Working knowledge of Food Cost, LEAN Principles, and Waste Tracking
Working knowledge of Food Safety Principles
ServSafe Manager Certification
Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments
Ability to properly use and work from a ladder
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
