Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Oversee budgeting and P&Ls
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Forecast and schedule
- Deliver excellent verbal and written communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest recovery
- Resolve problems and conflicts
- Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of 3rd party delivery provider systems
- Experience with local area marketing and social media promotions
- Comfortable with computers/smart technology and 3rd party applications
- Previous experience in opening new restaurants
- Knowledge of bar management and/or craft beer
