We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead our heart-of-house team and help us introduce our iconic flavors to Charm City. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be the driving force behind our culinary operations. You aren't just managing a kitchen; you are protecting a legacy of incredible food. Working hand-in-hand with the Brand Operations Manager and Director of Operations, you will lead, inspire, and develop our hourly back-of-house staff. You will ensure every plate that leaves the window meets our famous standards, while efficiently managing the business side of the kitchen.
Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience.

Safety & Sanitation: Uphold flawless health department standards, food safety protocols, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or strong Kitchen Supervisor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Deep knowledge of BOH systems: inventory, labor management, food cost controls, and prep scheduling.
A passion for high standards, consistent execution, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills you know how to delegate effectively and motivate a team.
Flexible, open schedule availability (expect 50-60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays).
ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately).
