What You'll Do

Kitchen Operations

• Own BOH daily operations end to end: prep, line execution, inventory, ordering, and opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and health code compliant kitchen at all times

Team Development

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team that takes pride in the product
• Motivate and inspire through consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition

Financial Management

• Monitor food cost, labor, and waste to protect profitability
• Manage ordering and inventory with accuracy and efficiency

Community

• Represent the brand with genuine pride in the local community
• Support local events and initiatives that align with our values

What You Bring

• 3+ years of kitchen management experience in fast casual or casual dining
• Strong culinary knowledge and a relentless eye for food quality and consistency
• Leadership presence with the ability to hold a team accountable while keeping morale high
• Solid command of inventory, food cost control, and BOH systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
