You will help lead kitchen activities, assist with meal preparation, and ensure that food service duties are completed efficiently and safely.Qualified candidates should be able to:Work effectively in a structured correctional environment.Read and follow company recipes and preparation instructions.Lead, instruct, and assist with daily kitchen responsibilities.Prepare meals, bake, cook, and assist with kitchen cleanup.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Willingness to work weekends and holidays.Flexibility to work varying days and hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.Ability to obtain the required facility clearance and approval.No prior kitchen experience?
