Locations: Daphne, Gulf Shores, & Bayou La Batre, Alabama

Janino’s Pizza is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our growing team. With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre. We are looking for a dependable leader who can help maintain high standards in food quality, kitchen operations, and team management.

Position Overview

The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure efficient workflow, maintain food safety standards, and lead kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for quality food and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations
• Schedule and staff kitchen employees effectively
• Train and supervise kitchen team members
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Order food, supplies, and kitchen inventory
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Monitor labor and food costs
• Assist with kitchen organization and operational efficiency
• Work closely with ownership and management to support restaurant growth and success

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen management or restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dough preparation is a plus
  • Janino’s Pizza makes all dough in-house daily
  • Training can be provided for the right candidate
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Direct deposit available
• Typical work schedule is a 5-day work week
