We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our Food & Beverage Culinary team at a boutique hotel near Santa Barbara.

  • Provide exceptional guest service through positive leadership and teamwork.
  • Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development and promotions.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
  • Mentor staff, foster strong interdepartmental relationships, and monitor product quality.

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 4 years of culinary experience, managerial experience preferred, and relevant certifications.
