Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 5: 45 AM 1: 45 PM | Every Other Weekend Required
Position Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced food service professional who enjoys leading by example? We're hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, staying organized and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee daily kitchen and food service operations.
  
• 
  Prepare, cook, and serve quality food in a timely manner.
  
• 
  Operate commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens and warming stations.
  
• 
  Manage inventory and place food orders as needed.
  
• 
  Receive, unload and properly store food deliveries.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen.
  
• 
  Assist as a cashier when needed by operating the register, processing payments and handling cash accurately.
  
• 
  Deliver friendly, courteous customer service while supporting team members.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous kitchen, food service or kitchen management experience preferred.
  
• 
  Comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment.
  
• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  
• 
  Able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and lifting.
  
• 
  Dependable with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  
• 
  Ability to work every other weekend.
