Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food in batches for made-to-order service or holding as needed
  • Operate high-volume cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, handling raw food products)
  • Minimize food waste and maintain efficiency
  • Coordinate withvendors and assist with inventory management
  • Oversee deliveries, product rotation, and storage organization
  • Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper task execution
  • Ensure completion of daily checklists and operational logs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) food safety and sanitation standards

Education & Experience

High school diploma or vocational training in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
