General Manager for Goodwood Restaurant & Brewery:
• Responsible to interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline staff
• Institute on-going training programs for making sure that the highest quality service standards are being obtained
• Maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings
