Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and quality standards. Will oversee sanitation, cleanliness and training of new employees.
Should be familiar with cooking, including line cook, plate presentation, portion and cost control.
Ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with and managing people, has at least two years experience in an industrial kitchen and is ServSafe Certified (or like certification).
