What You’ll Do
As a Kitchen Leader, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for our operation and helping our team execute at a high level every day.
You will:
- Lead shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Set the standard for food quality, cleanliness, speed, and teamwork
- Coach, train, and develop team members into stronger leaders
- Lead by example in execution, attitude, and work ethic
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
- Support operational excellence through strong communication and attention to detail
- Work alongside leadership to drive results and strengthen the business
- Ensure guests receive an exceptional experience through consistency and execution

Restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but we care just as much about mindset, work ethic, and the ability to lead people well.
Prior Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- Must be available to work closing shifts at least four nights per week
- Must be willing to begin as a team member while completing leadership training
- Ability to multitask and lead effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active environment
