But we're more than just chicken. We're also committed to fresh, healthy, and innovative food, offering a rotating menu of farm-fresh, dynamic & creative veggie & protein bowls.

We are looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development: Maintain highly efficient prep systems to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage our kitchen staff. Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performance team culture.
• Scheduling & Labor: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage, control labor costs, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
