What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations of the restaurant alongside the General Manager
  • Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver top-tier service and food
  • Oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Help drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Be a positive role model and uphold our company culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for food, people, and hospitality
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hard with your team

Pat Martin learned the art and craft of West Tennessee-style smoke and meat 25 years ago in the tiny town of Henderson, TN before making Nashville his home. It became a consuming passion that eventually led to a business when he opened the first Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in October of 2006 in Nolensville, Tennessee - just south of Nashville. Today, there are ten Martin’s locations in the Nashville area, Louisville Kentucky, Birmingham Alabama, and our newest location in Charleston South Carolina.
