Kitchen Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and ensure a high standard of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The Kitchen Manager plays a key role in maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment while supporting staff performance and ensuring all food safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen environment
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and waste control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor kitchen efficiency and assist with improving operational processes
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain excellent service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures required
- ServSafe Certified preferred
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on experience, with starting pay beginning at $11/hour and opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.
