Texas Corral in Stevensville, Michigan is looking for a qualified Kitchen Manager to join our team. Job responsibilities include but not limited to prep, following custom recipes, working all line positions (fry, sauté, expo, grill), performing food inventory, food ordering, scheduling, leading and training your team and more. The schedule consists of 5-6 days a week (50-54 hours) and have open availability to open or close the restaurant, work weekends, and Holidays. As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire quality managers that can add knowledge and excitement to our management team.
