We''re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Senior Cuisine Supervisor to lead our café and catering operations in Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional food, inspiring and developing teams, and creating an outstanding dining experience for the employees we serve every day.

What You''ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the Quad Café and catering services.
• Deliver exceptional food quality, customer service, and hospitality while maintaining the highest food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive innovation by introducing new menu ideas, improving processes, and continuously enhancing the employee dining experience.
• Manage budgets, labor, food costs, inventory, purchasing, and overall operational performance.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment.
• Build strong relationships with employees and business partners to ensure the café remains a welcoming destination for our workforce.

What You''ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (culinary degree or management certification preferred).
• Seven or more years of food service experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong communication, coaching, financial management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A passion for hospitality, continuous improvement, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate and work around commercial kitchen equipment.
