Culver's, a beloved family restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager at Culver's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing kitchen staff and operations
• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Training and developing kitchen staff
• Making sure we focus on the speed of services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
• High school diploma
• Must have at least two Creditable References (non-personal)
