WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position will work under the direction of the manager to perform plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, electronic and mechanical preventative maintenance, work independently on kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, freezers, fryers, disposals, pumps, motors, ovens, compressors and etc. Inspect, repair and/or replaces used and defective parts, adjusts, lubricates, and cleans functional parts. Installs or relocated equipment and performs related work as required. Develops and adheres to operational procedures in assigned areas of responsibility, protects Dining''s capital investments by maintaining and prolonging the usefulness of food service equipment and facilities through preventative maintenance.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $50,100-$62,600 Salary offers will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications in relation to the Minimum Hiring Standards. Candidates earlier in their careers are typically offered salaries closer to the minimum of the hiring range, while those with more advanced or relevant experience may be considered for compensation at or above the hiring range.
