Kitchen Opener

We’re hiring a Kitchen Opener to help prepare the restaurant for a successful day of service. This position is responsible for opening the kitchen, setting up stations, preparing products, and maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards.

Kitchen Opener Responsibilities:

• Open and set up kitchen stations for daily operations
• Prepare food products following recipe and quality standards
• Stock and organize kitchen areas throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and work areas
• Assist with food prep and truck organization as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support the kitchen team

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Early morning and weekend availability required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
