What You’ll Do
As a Kitchen Manager, you will own the heart of our operation—the kitchen.
- Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and holding high standards
- Drive food quality and consistency with excellence in every order
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness at the highest level
- Manage kitchen systems and execution during high-volume shifts
- Build a strong, positive culture that values teamwork and accountability
- Develop future leaders by investing in and mentoring team members
- Partner with leadership to improve systems, speed, and accuracy
