What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Manager, you will own the heart of our operation—the kitchen.

  • Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and holding high standards
  • Drive food quality and consistency with excellence in every order
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness at the highest level
  • Manage kitchen systems and execution during high-volume shifts
  • Build a strong, positive culture that values teamwork and accountability
  • Develop future leaders by investing in and mentoring team members
  • Partner with leadership to improve systems, speed, and accuracy
