Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Peoria, AZ is looking for a passionate and hardworking Kitchen team member to join our culinary crew! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Brazilian steakhouse recipes and quality standards
• Assist with meat preparation, seasoning, and churrasco-style grilling techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Support kitchen team with food prep, portioning, and station setup
• Monitor food freshness and assist with proper food storage and rotation (FIFO)
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume restaurant or steakhouse environments is a plus
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler's Card or ServSafe certification preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
